There is plenty of parking for up to a 200 person wedding. We do not allow overnight parking.
We provide tables and chairs for 200. The venue can hold up to 250 guests.
We have 20 - 60" round tables and 200 TitanPRO™ Resin Folding Chairs made to look identical to traditional wood folding chairs but strong enough to hold 1,000 lbs.
When we schedule your special day, you are provided the entire day and evening. Due to cleaning and preparation work our hours are limited to 10am - 11:30pm. All events will need to have a firm end time of 11:00pm to be respectful to our neighbors. Included in your Classic, Premium, and Winter Wonderland Packages is a 2 hour rehearsal or decorating time that can be scheduled the night before your event. Arrangements can be made for additional set up time the day before your event for a nominal fee.
Yes. Our recommended caterers were chosen because they are the best. We have gone through an in-depth process to make sure our caterers are going to provide a wonderful experience for you and your guests. There are exceptions to every rule though and if for some reason none of our caterers are available we can discuss other options. If you do choose to use your own caterer they must provide a copy of their business license and insurance and client is responsible for a non-refundable $150 kitchen fee.
Absolutely! We also provide heaters for our outside area when needed.
Yes, we have three indoor guest bathrooms (Premium Package only - one available indoors for other packages), two outdoor bathrooms, and separate bathrooms for the bride's room and the groom's room.

Yes. If you choose to use our tablecloths or chair coverings they come in white or black.
Our table linens are 120" rounds for the 60" round tables.
We can pencil you in and we will hold your date for 48 hours. In order for us to hold the date for you permanently, the contract must be signed and returned along with a $500 (refundable) damage deposit and $500 (this is applied to the rental fee).
We are not licensed to serve alcohol at the Chateau. However, you may hire a licensed bartender and any corkage fees and other services can be negotiated with them.
We at the Chateau encourage your well wishers to use rose petals, bubbles, and/or sparklers (only outside) as you depart the venue. We do not allow the use of bird seed, rice, glitter, confetti, or other small paper items.
